I/ we do hereby solemnly declare and undertake:
That the project shall be completed by the extended project finish date, i.e.,6/1/2021 and that the desired extension (if granted) of registration of the project shall not affect/ damage the rights and interests of the allottee(s) under the agreement for sale nor will it exonerate the promoter from his obligations to the allottee(s) under the Real Estate (Regulations and Development) Act, 2016 and rules & regulations made thereunder. If, however due to this extension, any damages or losses are suffered by any allottee(s), any rights and interests of any of the allottee(s) are affected or any dispute arises, promoter of the project shall be solely responsible and liable to compensate the same and to resolve the dispute and shall also be liable for all legal and financial consequence of delay in handing over the possession vis-à-vis what is previously agreed with the allottee(s).
I/ we do hereby solemnly declare and undertake:
That as per approval given by the competent authority, building plans of the project are valid only upto 4/30/2022; therefore I/ we will obtain from the competent authority the extension of validity of approved building plans upto/ beyond 6/1/2021 and submit a copy thereof to RERA within 6 months from the date of grant of extension of registration, failing which the extension of registration granted by RERA shall stand withdrawn and I/ we shall be liable for the consequences under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and rules & regulations made thereunder.

10 Promoter RERA was kind enough to grant us earlier extension upto 31 may 2021 based on the reasons mentioned by us in our earlier application, but during last one year ,it was almost lockdown during entire year since 1 June 2020, due to ongoing pandemic COVID-19, we couldn't mobilize construction and even the allottee's are not able to make us payment due to deterioration in economic condition as a result the pandemic, though our work is almost complete, even lifts has been installed but looking to the time to be taken in getting various clearances like Fire NOC, Completion Certificate and Electric Connection etc, we humbly request you to grant us 11 months extension i.e. upto 30, Apr 2022.
