Remark About Project
1 As per Township policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.5% plots with Local Bodies, accordingly, 13 Plots numbering 2,3,4,5,6,18,19,20,72,73,74,75 and 76 admeasuring 1224.17 Sq. Meters kept as mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority and these plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. Open Area Includes park admeasuring 709.96 sq. Meters, Mt admeasuring 20.00 sq. Meters, SWD admeasuring 50.00 sq. Meters, PU admeasuring 10.00 sq. Meters and Road admeasuring 5988.39 sq. Meters total 6778.35 sq. Meters.
