12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 7 plots are plot no. 32, 47, 52, 53, 54, 62 and 63. Open Area of the project is 2543.26 Sq. Mtrs. consisting of Road [2517.36 Sq. Mtrs.] and Mobile Tower [25.90 Sq. Mtrs.]. The Saleable Area of the project is 11078.37 Sq. Mtrs. which includes Residential [10819.94 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [258.43 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 16000.00 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 13621.63 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Surrender in Master Plan Road i.e. 2378.37 Sq. Mtrs.
