1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 8, 9, 12, 24 to 26, 28, 31 to 35, and 41 to 43 (admeasuring 1396.21 sq.mtr.). 2.)
