As per decision of BPC(LP) Lease deed of plot no. 3 and 2 will be issued after finalization of 9 Mtr Road as per layout plan. We have not appointed any Consultant for our project till date. Open Area includes Land used in Park (464.34 Sq. Mtr), SWM (50 Sq. Mtr.), M.T. (10 Sq. Mtr), P.U. (Area 11.50 Sq. Mtr), Road (3677.17 Sq. Mtr) Total 4213.01 Sq. Mtr. Land cost taken nil because property is received as ancestral property and not paid any amount for land.In saleable area of 5186.99 sq mtr. ,the khatedar Saleable area is 5073.95 sq mtr. and JDA Commercial saleable area is 113.04 sq mtr. Mutation showing and mentioned in namantrakaran praptra and Khasra Naksha and Jamabandi (Copy) is considered and no other mutation issued by JDA for which declaration has been attached in other approvals tab. We hareby inform you that we are not liable to file income tax return and we are not required to maintain Financial Statements. The declaration of same is attached in other approvals tab. All other declarations and affidavits are attached in the other approvals tab. |
