Initially, construction permission for Ground + Four Floor is obtained for Block A, B, C, D and E. Subsequently building permission for Block B, C and D were obtained for the Fifth floor to Ninth floor but as construction was not finished for Block A subsequent permission for Floor fifth to ninth is pending. Construction permission of block E is not available till the promotor ensures EWS LIG provision at any other place. The detail of separate bank account as per section 4(2)(l)(D) of the Act has been changed on 14.06.2019. As per this modification the earlier account no. 01260210002032 of UCO Bank has now been changed to account no. 37924502102 of State Bank of India Bank. W.R.T. the the Chairman Sir dated 28/11/2019 Revised maps with subsequent changes updated on 29/11/2019.As the earlier estimated finish date of Project was 31/12/2019 and w.r.t. the approval by Hon'ble Chairman dated 20/12/2019 the estimated finish date of the Project has been extended to 16/09/2020 on 20/12/2019. |
