Remark About Project
As per Township Policy 2010, 21 Plots (Plot No. 1 to 7, 12 to 16, 59, 86, 98, 125, 220, 294, 333, C-1, C-2) having Total area of 6107.94 Sq. Mtrs equaling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. Developer Agreement has been added/updated on 11.02.2020 2. Since it is a plotted development project there is no parking details are required. 3.Development agreement and co-promoters details updated/added on 11/02/2020
