Remark About Project
1.As per Township Policy 2010, 01 Plots (Plot No. GH-1) having Total area of 4512.67 Sq. Mtrs(i.e.5397.16 Sq. Yards) equaling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage. This plot would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. Ownership of Plot No. C-5(Sector Commercial Plot) Area 168.86 Sq. Mtr. (i.e 201.96 Sq. Yards) is of JDA and will be sold by JDA only. 3. Since it is a plotted development project there is no parking details are required. 4. No approval letter has been issued in the said project. 5. 01 Plot (Plot No. GH-1) having Total area of 4512.67 Sq. Mtrs(i.e.5397.16 Sq. Yards) have been made mortgage free by J.D.A Vide their Letter No D-2178 Dated 04-03-2022.
