This plot would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. Ownership of Plot No. C-5(Sector Commercial Plot) Area 168.86 Sq. Mtr. (i.e 201.96 Sq. Yards) is of JDA and will be sold by JDA only. 3. Since it is a plotted development project there is no parking details are required. 4. No approval letter has been issued in the said project. |
