That Plot no. 55,56,57,58,59,60,61,62,63,64 (Total -10 Plot and area- 997.20 sq. mtrs.) have been mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority for ensuring internal development in the project and shown in approved but not sanctioned on RERA Portal and as and when such patta will be realized it will be intimated to RERA. 2.
