Remark About Project
Presently as on date we have received building permission from Nagar Nigam Greater Jaipur vide letter dated 03.07.2024 for construction as basement + stilt+ 9th floor, also we have received NOC from Airport Authority with regard to height as upto 32.38 mtrs. (Basement+stilt+9th floor), however Promoter intends to pursue the approval for 10th floor (height) according from Airport Authority which is subject to approval in future from Airport Authority and if we receive NOC for construction of 10th floor from Airport Authority, we shall get 10th floor map released from Nagar Nigam Greater Jaipur subject to approval if allowed. This fact is made to ensure the transparency with the prospective allottees. There are 18 apartments and 15 stores in the project. We have not associated/linked the stores with apartment and accordingly mentioned the stores details separately under the tab named as ‘Building Details’ due to which there were a discrepancy in the total number of units mentioned in the tab named as ‘Land details of registering project’ and ‘Building Details’. To remove the same, we have mentioned the total number of units as 33. It is to clarify that there are 18 apartments and 15 stores in the project. Further, it is to mention that we will sell the stores along with the units only, to the allottees of the project only. We will not sell the stores separately. We have not yet decided that which store will be sold with which unit number. The said stores will be sold as per the requirement and demand of the allottees.
