Remark About Project
1 As per Township policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.5% plots with Local Bodies, accordingly, 13 Plots numbering 57,58,59,60,61,67,68,69,80,81,82,87 and 88 admeasuring 1328.25 Sq Yards or 1110.58 Sq Metrs kept as mortgage with Jodhpur Development Authority and these plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jodhpur Development Authority 2. Open Area Includes park admeasuring 885.68 sq yards or 740.54 sq mtr, Mt/SWD admeasuring 40.00 sq yards or 33.45 sq mtr and Road admeasuring 6138.21 sq yards or 5132.32 sq mtr total 7063.89 sq yards or 5906.31 sq mtrs 3. As per Land Documents 90A Order Land Area is 15215.60 Sq Meters but at Site Actual area comes to 17657Sq yards or 14763.49 sq meters.However we have deposited RERA fees as per higher area i.e on 15215.60 Sq Meters
