As per Township policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.5% plots with Local Bodies, accordingly, Plot numbering 1,2,3,4,60,61,62 and 63 Total 08 Plots admeasuring 759.52 Sq. Meters kept as mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority and these plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. Open Area Includes park admeasuring 485.61 sq. Meters, Mt admeasuring 10.00 sq. Meters, SWM admeasuring 50.00 sq. Meters, Road admeasuring 2710.52 sq. Meters and 18 MTR Wide Road admeasuring 459.69 sq. Meters total 3707.82 sq. Meters. We will develop all the facility and utility as per norms of Township Policy 2010. Total area in Jamabandi and 90-A 10,000.00 sq mtrs But due to area not in possession 160.00 Sq. mtrs. and Area Less in Khasra 145.00 Sq. Mtrs. total area 305.00 Sq. Mtrs. Area difference in jamabandi and revenue map. so that Map approved by Concern authority 9695.00 Sq. Mtrs. |
