Remark About Project
1.As per Township Policy 2010, 11 Residential Plots (62,63,64,65,66,67,68,69,70,71,72) admeasuring 1876.47 sq meters are to kept as mortgage with Nagar Parishad Sikar. These plots would be allotted after the development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with Nagar Parishad Sikar . 2. Due to HT Line , 13 Plots (9,10,14,15,16,8,19,32,33,34,35,36,37) are also kept as as mortgage with Nagar Parishad Sikar, and these plots would be release when shifting of HT Line will be done. However application for shifting of that HT Line is duly made to AEN in this respect and the file for the shifting of HT Line to the Underground level has been sent to Ajmer Division and said remarks are duly noted on the approved maps. 3. Open Area Includes SWM (158.31 Sq. meter), Mobile Tower (50.78 Sq. Mtr) and Road ( 4404.85 Sq. Mtr) totalling 4613.94 Sq Mtr. However 1.AS PER TOWNSHIP POLICY 2010, 11 RESIDENTIAL PLOTS (62,63,64,65,66,67,68,69,70,71,72) ADMEASURING 1876.47 SQ METERS WHICH ARE KEPT AS MORTGAGE WITH NAGAR PARISHAD SIKAR ARE RELEASED NOW AND RELEASE LETTER ATTACHED. . 2.
