Remark About Project
1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 12, 13, 24, 25, 36, 42, 49, 50, 58 (897.66 sqmtr.). 2.)Open Area of the project is 4331.32 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering S.W.M. 50.48sq.mtr., Mobile tower 18 sq.mtr., road area as 3685.39 sq.mtr. 3.) Total area of scheme is 12165.55 sq.mtr., of which extra area in khasra map is 694.64 sq.mtr. The total area under ownership is 11,470.92 sq. meters. Area admeasuring 220.34 sq. meters has been earmarked for JDA plots, designated as Plot No. 37, 38 and these plots are in the ownership of the JDA and be sold by the JDA only and thus the same is mentioned under the not sanctioned category. 4.) Total saleable area is 7359.94 sq.mtr. (Residential 6866.22 sq.mtr. + Informal Commercial 273.38 sq.mtr. + JDA Plot 220.34sq.mtr.) 5.) lease deed of the plot no 1 to 6, 65 and informal commercial shall be issued after construction of 18 M road.
