1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 6, 11, 16, 26, 27, 30 and 31 admeasuring 853.26 Sq.Mtr. 2.) Open Area of the project is 4138.23 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering Park+Lane area as 544.88 sq.mtr., SWM area as 50.05 sq. mtr., Mobile Tower area as 21.14 sq. mtr., ZDP road area as 1781.72 sq. mtr. and Internal Road area as 1740.44 sq. mtr.
