Remark About Project
1. As per Township Policy 2010, 5 Plots (Plot No. 4, 6, 17, 18 & 24) having Total area of 641.21 Sq. mtr equal to 12.5% have been kept as mortgage under JDA. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. The Total Open Area 3421.79 Square meters (includes 426.09 Sq Mtr for Park, 135.81 Sq Mtr for Parking And 2859.89 For 30 Sq mtr Road). S.W.M., Mobile Tower & PU have not been included in calculation of Open Area.
