1.)Open Area of the project is 2279.64 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering road area as 1909.82 sq.mtr., Park & open area as 305.42 Sq.Mtrs., Mobile Tower 10.24 Sq.Mtrs. and SWM area 54.16 Sq.Mtrs. 2.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 11, 12, 13, 21, 22 (513.76 Sq.Mtrs.).
