Remark About Project
1. As per Township Policy 2010, 2 Plots (Plot No. 7 & 8) having Total area of 164.97 Sq. Mtrs equalling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage by JDA, Jaipur. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with JDA 2. Since it is a plotted development project there is no parking details are required. Open Area is included park 113.80 sq mtr,+SWM 50 sq.mtr.+Facilities 11.76 sq mtr +CC Road 802.49= total area 978.05 Sq mtr. We have not made landowner as other promoter in the application because as per point number 4 of developers agreement landowner has authorised the developer to take bookings payments in the said project also the sale power has been given from (landowner JV to developer) and point no.16 issuance of allotment letter, possession letter/ patta. ponit no. 21 developer is authorised by landowner.
