1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 9, 10, 11, 29, 61, 73, 74, 79, 80, 86 and 94 admeasuring 1354.04 Sq.Mtrs. 2.) Open Area of the project is 7788.52 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering SWM area as 50.45 sq.mtr., PU area as 10 sq.mtr., MT area as 20 sq. mtrs., Park area as 952.79 sq. mtrs. and Road area as 6755.28 sq.mtr. 3.)
