Remark About Project
1.Due to mistake land and development cost was filled twice. Therefor to correct our fault we are providing details here as: Land cost as per rule 5(1)=12,35,71,250/- Development cost as per rule 5(2)=28,50,00,000/- TOTAL COST OF THE PROJECT=40,85,71,250/-. 2. The previously mentioned account details of the project account were :- Name bank account account holder :- TRIVENI BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS A/C No. :- 777705600022 IFSC Code :- ICIC0006770 Bank Name :- ICICI Bank Branch :- MUSS, Gopalpura byepass, jaipur 3. Therefor revised Land cost should be read as per rule 5(1)=12,35,71,250/- Development cost has been modified as per rule 5(2)=11,45,04,000/- TOTAL COST OF THE PROJECT=23,80,75,250/-. 4. The Bank detail and projects details like that projects name, builtup area, no. of apartment, consultant details, promoter profile, Revised maps and projects cost has been modified on 27/09/2018 based on the application of the promoter. 5.On the basis of Applicant request application to change the Project name and further to the approval of Hon'ble Chairman on 23-10-2020,Project name has been changed from Kingdom of Heaven to Apna Ashiyana on 23-10-2020
