Remark About Project
1. Open area of the project is 12119.44 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering Park Area as 3250 sq.mtr., S.W.M. Area as 50.34 sq.mtr., M.T. Area as 20 sq. mtr., PU Area as 10 sq. mtr. and Road Area as 8789.10 sq.mtr. 2. 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no.52 to 60, 93 to 96 and 133 to 141.
