Remark About Project
1. As per Township policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.5% plots with Local Bodies, accordingly, 3 Plots numbering 12,13 and14 admeasuring 271.96 Sq. Meters kept as mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority and these plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. Open Area Includes park admeasuring 210.06 sq. Meters, SWM admeasuring 50.00 sq. Meters and Road admeasuring 1734.51 sq. Meters total 1994.57 sq. Meters.
