1). 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 24, 25 26, 27, 28, 29, 34, 48 and 49 admeasuring 1118.74 Sq. Mtr. 2). Open area of the project is 13877.02 sq. mtr. The same is calculated by considering park area as 1208.26 Sq. mtr., H.T. Line safety corridor area as 4159.76 sq. mtr., Solid waste disposal area as 50 sq. mtr., Mobile Tower area as 20 sq. mtr and Road area as 8439 sq. mtr. 3). In this project total scheme area as 24425 sq. mtr, in which out of possession area as 260 sq. mtr. 4). As per RERA guidelines the promoter has opened 3 bank accounts, in reference to same the bank has issued a letter stating that the bank has been facing an issue while providing account name as per RERA guidelines due to insertion of words in software, accordingly accounts have been opened as under- (4A.)
