As per township policy-2010, Three plots (Plot no. 18, 19, 20) having total area of 341.37 Sq. Meters equaling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage. these plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. No professionals are associated and as & when they are appointed same shall be intimated to RERA. 3. It is a plotted Development Project there is no Parking Details are required. Jaipur Development Authority issued a lease deed No. 18071/24-01-2013. In this lease-deed Khasra No. 398/167 has been written instead of Khasra No. 398/163 by mistake. Khasra no. 398/163 is also mentioned in site plan of JDA and original Khasra No. is also 398/163. Lease Deed No. 18071/24-01-2013 has been surrendered in JDA by applicant. Surrendered Deed also attached by applicant with title documents. Jaipur Development Authority again mention wrong Khasra 398/167 in approval map letter no. D-2116 Dated 16.06.2021 by mistake. Although Correct Khasra no. is 398/163. All Khasra No. 398/163, 166, 167, 168, 169 Total Kita 5 Area 3833.22 Sq.
