Declaration cum Undertaking for Extension of Registration
I/ we do hereby solemnly declare and undertake:
That the project shall be completed by the extended project finish date, i.e.,7/31/2022 and that the desired extension (if granted) of registration of the project shall not affect/ damage the rights and interests of the allottee(s) under the agreement for sale nor will it exonerate the promoter from his obligations to the allottee(s) under the Real Estate (Regulations and Development) Act, 2016 and rules & regulations made thereunder. If, however due to this extension, any damages or losses are suffered by any allottee(s), any rights and interests of any of the allottee(s) are affected or any dispute arises, promoter of the project shall be solely responsible and liable to compensate the same and to resolve the dispute and shall also be liable for all legal and financial consequence of delay in handing over the possession vis-à-vis what is previously agreed with the allottee(s).
I/ we do hereby solemnly declare and undertake:
That as per approval given by the competent authority, building plans of the project are valid only upto 6/30/2020; therefore I/ we will obtain from the competent authority the extension of validity of approved building plans upto/ beyond 7/31/2022 and submit a copy thereof to RERA within 6 months from the date of grant of extension of registration, failing which the extension of registration granted by RERA shall stand withdrawn and I/ we shall be liable for the consequences under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and rules & regulations made thereunder.

Another objection related to EWS LIG flats, in this objection we submit that Jaipur Development Authority have all the rights to sale and allot the flats under this category. Promoter has now also included the EWS/LIG block in the remaining phase area of the project applied for extension and as the tab "Actual Phase Area" is non-editable after submission, therefore, promoter has mentioned the revised phase area in his comments at para 13/N. However, the increased remaining phase area is still less than 5000 sq.mt. and promoter has already deposited the fee accordingly, therefore, no fee is required in the said case. Further, it is hereby submitted that promoter has corrected the Phase area (2049 sq.mt.) in his extension application (screenshot attached) but the same is not visible at the admin end, as discussed with Sh. Mukesh Arora Ji the issue will get resolve on Monday.
