| • According to Township Policy, Residential Plot Numbers 1 and 2, totaling 719.88 sq. meters, have been mortgaged with the Jaipur Development Authority. These plots will be allotted after completion of internal development work and payment of development charges to the Jaipur Development Authority. • The Open Area of the Project is 2621.05 sq. meters, comprising Park (385.22 sq. meters), STP (50.00 sq. meters), Mobile Tower (10.00 sq. meters), and Road (2175.83 sq. meters). • The Project's land area as per the land chain documents was documented as 8000.00 sq. meters. The promoter applied for approval of the layout plan based on this specified area. However, upon verification on-site, the actual available area was found to be 7704.40 sq. meters. Consequently, the final layout plan was adjusted and approved based on this verified area, resulting in 295.60 sq. meters being the area of land that was lost. This is why we refer to 8000.00 sq. meters as the 'Total Area of Project' and 7704.40 sq. meters as the 'Phase Area'. |
