(1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Alwar against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 20 to 26, 49, 16 Informal Comercial plot No. 1 to 3 admeasuring 654.11 SqM. (2.) Open area of our project is 4617.55 sq. mtr. and the same is calculated as Green (719.60 sq. mtr.) +Circulation (3897.95 sq mtr).
