1.)12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 8 and 9 admeasuring 186.50 Sq. Mtr. 2.) Open area of our project is 770.20 sq. mtr. and the same is calculated as Park area (105.49 sq. mtr.) + Road (664.71 sq. mtr.). 3.)12.5% of the total saleable plots has been released by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 8 and 9 admeasuring 186.50 Sq. Mtr.
