Mtrs equaling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage. These plots would be allotted after the development work is completed or development charges are deposited and occupancy certificate has been obtained from jaipur development authority. The Project is effected by L.T. Lines, Hence allotment letter of plot No. 1, 2, 3, 31, 32, 33, 34, 47, 72 73, 77, 78, 79, 108, 109, 110, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 146, 147, 314, 315, 321 and 323 will be issued after removal of L.T. lines. |
