Remark About Project
1) As per Township Policy 2010, 7 plots (i.e. plot no. 270, 277, 304, 305, 306, 307, 308) admeasuring 1047.21Sq.M. equaling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur. 2) The Total Open Area is 9325.85 Square meters consisting of Park 896.93 Sq. Mtr. + H.T. Line Open Area 1047.60 sq. mtrs+ Mobile Tower area 20.00 Sq. Mtr. + S.W.M. area 50 Sq. Mtr. + Road area 6303.04Sq. Mtr. + Area not in possession 1008.28 sq. mtrs 3) Since it is a plotted development project there is no parking details are required. 4) As per comment/note mentioned on approved layout plan that, lease deed of Plot no C-1, C-2 and 265 will be issued only after construction of approach road. Therefore, as on date we have mentioned these plots under proposed but not sanctioned category. 5) Total area of the project is 17555.00sq. mtrs however, 1008.28 sq mtrs area is, at present, not in possession of promoter as appraised in approved map. Hence phase area is mentioned as 16546.72sq.mtrs
