Remark About Project
1. As per Township Policy, 2010, we have to mortgage 12.5% plots with Local Body and Accordingly 6 Plots numbering 10,11,12,13,14,42 admeasuring 697.97 Sq Mtrs are kept mortgage with JDA. These plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited with JDA. 2. Plot No. C-10,C-11,C-12,C-13, C-14,C-15,C-17 total 7 plots admeasuring 656.53 Sq meters are JDA Plots and these Plots are sold by JDA Only and not by the Promoter. 3. Open Area Includes Park 474.25 SqMtrs, SWM 56.16 SqMtrs, M.T 20.70 SqMtrs, Road 4531.94 SqMtrs, totaling 5083.05 SqMtrs
