1). As per Township Policy 2010, 11 Plots (Plot No. 1, 56, 57, 66, 67, 76, TO 81 ) having Total area of 1590.45 Sq. Mtrs equal to 12.5% of salable area have been kept as mortgage under ADA Ajmer. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with ADA Ajmer. 2). The Total Open Area 6534.05 Square meters (Facility Area Is Included In Open Area) and the Salable Area 12265.95 Sq Mtr,(Total Area in Sq. Mtr. of Plots & Commercial 12265.95 , Area of mobile tower 111.81, Parking area 246.22 & Total area of Road 6176.02).
