Remark About Project
1. As Per Township Policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.5% plots with Local Body and accordingly 7 Plots numbering 08,19, 42,43,44,45 and 46 admeasuring 1362.85 Sq Mtr are kept as a mortgage with UIT Sikar. These plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited with UIT Sikar. 2. Open Area Includes Roads admeasuring 5244.53 Sq Mtr and MT admeasuring 48.61 Sq Mtr
