1. That Plot no. 1, 2, 9, 22, 23, 24, 44 (Total -7 Plot and area- 645.41 sq. mtrs.) have been mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority for ensuring internal development in the project and shown in approved but not sanctioned on RERA Portal and as and when such patta will be realized it will be intimated to RERA. 2. That the total land area is 8843.00 Square Meters but 449.00 Square Meters have been land loss in Khasra. Therefore the final area after land loss is 8394.00 Square Meters.
