Further, these JDA commercial plots are clearly depicted on the approved layout plan duly approved by the JDA (these plots are highlighted in yellow in the attached layout). Moreover, these plots are owned by JDA and can only be sell by JDA, thus, it is shown in the Proposed But Not Sanctioned Number Of Apartments / Plots category.
