Now, the promoter has applied for the updation of Land Cost and Development Cost along with the updation of Amendment Agreement, attached no page no. 1-7 of the Proposed Legal Documents tab w.r.t. their earlier executed Development Agreement on the grounds mentioned in the Reason for Modification column.
