3 Promoter Dear Ma'am, Initially, Plots Nos. 20, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 62, and 75, admeasuring 1128.28 square meters, were mortgaged with the Jaipur Development Authority as security for the internal development works of the project. Subsequently, Plot No. 39 has been replaced with Plot No. 45, and the revised mortgaged plots—Nos. 20, 37, 38, 40, 41, 45, 62, and 75—now collectively admeasuring 1137.73 square meters. This substitution has been made without affecting compliance with the statutory requirement of mortgaging a minimum of 12.5% of the total saleable area with the competent authority.
