These plots will be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 3. The Total Open Area 18239.65 Sq.mtr. includes Park area (2756.22 Sq.Mtr.), Facility Area(710.30 Sq.mtr.), H.T Line Area(3636.49 Sq. Mtr.), Road area (7944.63 Sq.mtr.), 30 mtr. wide Road Surrender Area (507.42 Sq.mtr.)and Sector Road Area(2684.59 Sq.
