I/ we do hereby solemnly declare and undertake:
That the project shall be completed by the extended project finish date, i.e.,7/31/2021 and that the desired extension (if granted) of registration of the project shall not affect/ damage the rights and interests of the allottee(s) under the agreement for sale nor will it exonerate the promoter from his obligations to the allottee(s) under the Real Estate (Regulations and Development) Act, 2016 and rules & regulations made thereunder. If, however due to this extension, any damages or losses are suffered by any allottee(s), any rights and interests of any of the allottee(s) are affected or any dispute arises, promoter of the project shall be solely responsible and liable to compensate the same and to resolve the dispute and shall also be liable for all legal and financial consequence of delay in handing over the possession vis-à-vis what is previously agreed with the allottee(s).
I/ we do hereby solemnly declare and undertake:
That as per approval given by the competent authority, building plans of the project are valid only upto 6/30/2020; therefore I/ we will obtain from the competent authority the extension of validity of approved building plans upto/ beyond 7/31/2021 and submit a copy thereof to RERA within 6 months from the date of grant of extension of registration, failing which the extension of registration granted by RERA shall stand withdrawn and I/ we shall be liable for the consequences under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and rules & regulations made thereunder.

Now, the tab related to partial CC/OC and area on which the fee is payable is not reflecting in the application showing on the admin dashboard (input application window at user end attached for perusal) 2. Fee calculation for the remaining phase area 1895.73 sq.mt. also wrong, please refer to the chart sent by Sh. Arpit Sancheti on RERA Online Whatsapp group. 3. Please refer the page 2 (Input application window at user end for the said application) and page 3 (Input application window at user end for the project application "PLATINA"), the said extension for registration is for beyond one year, and the system is not showing the relatable tab to the user in the said application.
