I/ we do hereby solemnly declare and undertake:
That the project shall be completed by the extended project finish date, i.e.,10/30/2025 and that the desired extension (if granted) of registration of the project shall not affect/ damage the rights and interests of the allottee(s) under the agreement for sale nor will it exonerate the promoter from his obligations to the allottee(s) under the Real Estate (Regulations and Development) Act, 2016 and rules & regulations made thereunder. If, however due to this extension, any damages or losses are suffered by any allottee(s), any rights and interests of any of the allottee(s) are affected or any dispute arises, promoter of the project shall be solely responsible and liable to compensate the same and to resolve the dispute and shall also be liable for all legal and financial consequence of delay in handing over the possession vis-à-vis what is previously agreed with the allottee(s).

3 Promoter Dear Sir, 1. We have corrected the date as per latest CMJAY notification dated 29.09.2023 is 36 months and order dated 12.05.2021 is 18 months. Therefore, it comes to be 01.04.2026. 2. We hereby submit a request for an extension under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) for our group housing project us section 6 of the Act. The architect's certificate outlines the detailed design development process, confirming that the structural completion has been achieved, along with all essential fittings, including sanitary installations, lifts, doors, and windows. Furthermore, the internal development work has also commenced and is approximately 40% completed. Additionally, as per the engineer’s certificate, which evaluates progress based on the cost incurred, the cumulative work completed for the entire phase is approximately 65% (as per latest QPR). Given the substantial progress made, it is evident that the project is well advanced and at developing stage. We affirm our commitment to completing the remaining work in good faith and delivering the units to allottees within the extended timeline.
