Declaration cum Undertaking for Extension of Registration
I/ we do hereby solemnly declare and undertake:
That the project shall be completed by the extended project finish date, i.e.,7/31/2024 and that the desired extension (if granted) of registration of the project shall not affect/ damage the rights and interests of the allottee(s) under the agreement for sale nor will it exonerate the promoter from his obligations to the allottee(s) under the Real Estate (Regulations and Development) Act, 2016 and rules & regulations made thereunder. If, however due to this extension, any damages or losses are suffered by any allottee(s), any rights and interests of any of the allottee(s) are affected or any dispute arises, promoter of the project shall be solely responsible and liable to compensate the same and to resolve the dispute and shall also be liable for all legal and financial consequence of delay in handing over the possession vis-à-vis what is previously agreed with the allottee(s).
I/ we do hereby solemnly declare and undertake:
That as per approval given by the competent authority, building plans of the project are valid only upto 7/9/2023; therefore I/ we will obtain from the competent authority the extension of validity of approved building plans upto/ beyond 7/31/2024 and submit a copy thereof to RERA within 6 months from the date of grant of extension of registration, failing which the extension of registration granted by RERA shall stand withdrawn and I/ we shall be liable for the consequences under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and rules & regulations made thereunder.

It is requested that our project is at Jodhpur Location, project details and operational works handled by our Jodhpur Branch office, due to some unavoidable circumstances a Major fire accident happen at our Jodhpur office on dated 12 July 2023. In which records of the said projects burned and demolished completely now we are setting up that office for functioning like earlier before. Therefore, it is humbly requested that the kindly grant us at least a one month time to comply with the notice and direction given by your good office. Consequently, the MRP of the flat will be decreased by the credit note amount. For instance, if a customer has booked a flat with an MRP of 30 lakhs and has already paid 20 lakhs, with 10 lakhs remaining, and the promoter issues a credit note amounting to 2 lakhs, the customer will only need to pay the remaining 8 lakhs for the flat. 38 Puneet Kapoor (10671) In reference to para no.35/N,May kindly peruse further the reply submitted by applicant at para no.37/N respectively Regarding Refund status may kindly peruse the letter enclosed at para no.32/N,Wheerin it has been apprised by Promoter that :- Bharti Megnani with Unit No. D-206, sought a refund along with interest and compensation. Promoter proposed a refund of the amount without interest or any compensation, with a stipulated period of90 days from the date of the hearing. However, they did not agree to these terms and have chosen to escalate the matter by filing a complaint with the relevant authorities.
