These Plots would be release after development work is completed and development charges are deposited with JDA. 2) Open Area Total of 5583.47 Sq.Mtr includes Park(664.96 Sq.Mtr), Solid Waste Management(54.33 Sq.Mtr), Mobile Tower(10.24 Sq.Mtr), Mobile Tower (I) (10.02 Sq.Mtr) Public Utility(10.29 Sq.Mtr), Road(4833.63 Sq.Mtr) 3) Total Land Area of the Project is 13100 Sq.Mtr out of which Out of Possession Area is 172.77 Sq.Mtr. However Phase area as per approved layout is 12927.23 Sq. Mtr.
