The Total Open Area 8526.41 Square meters and the area related with Park 851.72 Sqm + Mobile Tower 20.04 Sqm + S.W.M 50.04 Sqm + Road area 5368.19 Sqm + ZDP Road 2236.42 Sqm. 3. Ownership of Plot No. C-01, C-03 (JDA Commercial Plot) Total 02 plot and Area 232.90 Sq. Meter is of JDA and will be sold by JDA only (These Plots are mentioned under Not Sanctioned category")
