Remark About Project
1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jodhpur Development Authority, Jodhpur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 42, 44, 45, 73, 77, 78 and 97 admeasuring 1355.71 SqM. 2.) Open Area of the project is 8082.55 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering road area as 7087.94 sq.mtr. and park area as 994.61 sq. mtrs.
