1).THE RING RESIDENCY BLOCK-A” is a affordable housing scheme under the provision of 3-C of CMJAY for development of Plots/Row Houses. It is hereby proposed to sell both, plots as well as row houses/Villas in the project. The said project is applied under AS PER PROVISION 3C IN CHIEF MINISTER'S JAN AWAS YOJNA-2015 in reference to RERA Order No. vide F1(184)RJ/RERA/CMJAY/2020/1569 on dated 13.10.2020 under the said project we have kept 80% as Plotted and 20% Group housing where in Total Saleable Area for Scheme is 4389.21 Sq. Mtr. further breakup saleable area are as follows Total No. of Plot (80% Plotted) 64 Nos. Saleable Area is 3427.23 Sq. Mtr for Plots and Total No. of Villas (20% Group Housing) 14 Nos. to be constructed under EWS 3 nos. /LIG 8 nos. / MIG-A 3 nos. Has Total Gross Built-up Area 1368. 32 Sq. Mtr. and the same has been mentioned as 1368.32 Sq. Mtr. GBUA under the tab of TOTAL BUILT UP AREA / SALEABLE AREA. 2). Parking provision for the individual units has been made within the unit itself and number of parking (for category EWS 3 + LIG 16 + MIG-A 6) shown in the portal are based on the minimum number of units to be constructed as per provision 3C of the CMJAY-2015. 3). The Total Open Area 5792.79 Square meters and the area related with Park 246.08 Sq. Mtr + Play Ground 263.16 Square Meter + Facility 509.65 Square Meter + S.W.M 51.48 Square meter + Mobile Tower area 10.00 Sq. Meter + H. T Line Area 1316.19 Sq. Mtr + Road 3396.23 Sq. Mtr. 4). The calculation of project cost has been done keeping as 80% for plotted development and 20% for Group Housing i.e. Row Houses/Villas. |
