Remark About Project
• In proposed project, currently total no. of 04 floors (including Ground + 3 Floors) are sanctioned vide letter dated 07-07-2022 by Jaipur Development Authority. • Promoter & Landowner intends to construct extra 1 (one) floor if necessary permission & approval is received from concerned authority. • The promoter intends to obtain permission from the competent authority for remaining floor in the future & will intimate Raj. RERA Authority as & when the permission is obtained.
