12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 3 plots are plot no. 13, 16 and 17. The Saleable Area of the project is 2919.48 Sq. Mtrs. which includes Residential [2838.27 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [81.21 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 4800.00 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 2940.12 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Road Surrender Area i.e. 1859.80 Sq. Mtrs.
