As per Township policy,2010 12.5% of the total saleable area Mixed Land Use 18, 30, 35, 40, 41 and have been mortgaged with Urban Improvement Trust, Sri Ganganagar for the Internal Development works related to this project. Open Area includes Informal Sector 1682.18 sqft, Open Path & Utility 889.56 sqft, Common Parking 4890.87 sqft, Park 8021.14 and Roads & Open Area 95323.76 sqft total area being 110807.5 sqft.
