Remark About Project
1. As per Township Policy 2010, 8 Plots (Plot No. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 & 68) having Total area of 994.01 Sq. mtr equal to 12.5% have been kept as mortgage under JDA. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. The Total Open Area 5053.14 Square meters (includes 650 Sq Mtr for Park and 4403.14 For Road). S.W.M., Mobile Tower & PU have not been included in calculation of Open Area. 3. Plot No. 5,6 & 7 are affected by LT line in the project.
